We’ve walked by this trail many times, and today we explored it.
Fall is just starting to pop.
While the trail is mostly wooded, there are very few vistas, save this one.
This trail is seldom used as the trail does not reach the summit and the summit does not have a view. That makes the trail blazes essential to follow the trail.

This pond is not in National Forest and there is a campsite along the pond.
Big turnout in Plymouth for the Climate strike. Newspaper reported 600 in attendance in town square – 10% of population. Linda kicked off the adult slate of speakers.

The apple tree in the front yard of the new house brings us back a wee bit to the farm. Time to get out the apple peelers and can up some applesauce – including some with the recent hauls of wild blackberries.
